Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood as Puerto Ricans and Mexicans
combined forces to jam to artist of the day like Santana and Hector
Lavoe. Images reminisent of NYCs Spanish Harlem closely describes the
atmosphere of those early days. Although the area has long since
changed dramatically due to the worse type of gentrification, this
artistic inspiration continues today thru the Latin Soul Brothas

- With an over abundance of House DJ's playing the same ol'"TOP 40" House tracks, and as a dancer/party goer, I would leave countless parties disappointed. Disappointed at the feeling that the DJ's didn't care, playing almost identical mixes each time, predictable, artless...

Occasionally I would find myself at a party, in total amazement of what I was hearing...a DJ that actually put us on to something else, a DJ that took his craft seriously...One of them DJ's was/is QU...another example to theory that 'DANCERS MAKE SOME OF THE BEST DJs'..

And because of kats like QU, this podcast was created...inspired to inspire..
